Property Description and Amenities

All condos have central air conditioning for cool, quiet living. Complete kitchens include purified bottled water, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and all utensils. There is a large supermarket four blocks from Casa Martillo. We provide shopping carts.

The upstairs of the two bedroom condos have one bedroom with queen bed and private bath, and one bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining bath. Downstairs includes dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen.

One bedroom condos have queen bed and bath upstairs; dining room, living room with sofa bed, and kitchen downstairs. Every bedroom has a balcony over-looking the courtyard and pool. The lower level of the one bedroom units have balconies with a small table and chairs that are perfect for breakfast or and intimate dinner for two. The downstairs hall windows are beautiful stained glass.

Keys and Security:  Casa Martillo uses VingCard computerized card door locks for all condos, the perimetergates, and the laundry\dive room.

Electronic Safes:  Each condo has a small programmable electronic safe for secure storage of  passports, valuables, and cameras.  A charge of  $25 is imposed if you forget the combination you programmed, and require assistance in opening.

Dive Gear Rinse Tank and Storage:  A secure store room with a rinse tank is located in the laundry room.

Laundry:  Free use of the on site washer and dryer are availabe between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.  Iron is available anytime.

Telephone:  Free local calls from the phone in the common area.   Incoming calls from the States may be received.  The number from the States is 011 52 987 23139.
